F45 Week 1 Day 3-10th Oct

10th Oct- Wednesday


Breakfast-  Banana + 2 Chicken tacos + Small Coffee

Lunch- steamed and salted green beans + red kidney beans + watermelon cubes

Snacks- 1 Protein Shake at 4PM

Dinner – 1 Muli Paratha with curd

My 1 year old woke up couple of times at night. This has become his kinda routine since few days. He wakes up, cries for about 30 minutes and sleeps back. Once in a while he gives us the full 8 hrs sleep.

Usually he wakes up once and he will be sound asleep for the rest of the night. But to our surprise he woke up  twice last night that I hardly could get sleep. I woke up pretty late for work and somehow managed to gather myself and dragged to office.

I felt really hungry as soon as I woke up so had a heavy breakfast-a banana, 2 tacos and coffee.

Had a light lunch and was able to sustain till the evening.

With little sleep and soreness from Tuesday’s weight training, I had no interest in going to class so I took a break. But I maintained my healthy eating plan.
