F45 Week 2 Day 2 – 16th Oct

16th Oct- Tuesday

Meals:

Breakfast-  scrambled Egg w/tomatoes + Small Coffee

Lunch- Egg curry + curd [leftovers]

Snack – Protein shake at 4PM

Dinner – 2 Rotis + Dal & Lauki curry

Did 5.45 PM strength training and felt good after the workout. I am noticing that the days I miss taking Protein shake at 4PM, I hardly have energy to carry on, much less pushing myself to do more. The days I have Protein before the workout, I am not hungry during the class and motivated to push myself harder. I now realize the importance of Protein.

Had dinner at 7 PM and took Magnesium supplement after food and slept at 10PM
