F45 Week 2 Day 5 – 19th Oct

19th Oct- Friday

Meals:

Breakfast-  1 chicken taco + half of small Coffee 🙂

Lunch- Mixed greens salad + Chicken Soup

Snack – Protein shake at 4PM

Dinner – Jeera Rice + potato curry @7PM

 

Missed working out today as I attended my son’s school event in the evening but my food went as planned.

Looking forward to the weekend ! YAY !19-OCT
