F45 Week 3 Day 3 – 24th Oct

24th Oct- Wednesday


Breakfast-  2 Boiled Eggs + Small Coffee

Lunch- 2 small rotis + Spinach stir fry(leftovers)

Snack – Protein Shake at 5PM

Dinner – Tomato rice + curd

Hit the 6.45 PM cardio class. I never, ever, ever worked out on my first day of periods. But I did today and it felt AMAZING!!!. I had mild lower back pain the whole day, which is usual on my first day of period. But after the class it’s like magically GONE !
