F45 Week 6 Day 3 – 14th Nov

14th Nov- Wednesday

Meals:

Breakfast-  English Muffin + Small Coffee

Lunch- Rice + Veg Curry

Snack- Protein Shake at 4PM

Dinner – Rice + Cauliflower curry & had an small scoop ice-cream while watching tv.

I should have skipped rice and ate rotis for dinner. But for me, it’s easier to put rice than re-heat rotis.

My dear husband and me made a deal, I take the 5.45-6.30 pm class and he goes to gym around 7 and be back by 8pm.

I usually prepare kids dinner(rice & curry/pasta) before leaving to gym, 4.30-5.30pm and he does the heavy lifting of feeding them dinner. By the time I come home around 6.40 pm, I am dead hungry. So it’s a hard choice to go an extra length to prep for rotis and ignore the hot rice. I successfully did the first few weeks. I think the momentum is lost when I could not workout last week. Need to re-gain my focus on food and skip rice on weekdays. That’s the intension for week after thanksgiving.

We are going to London next week. So I need to use my focus on working out at-least 4 times more than my food choices.
