F45 Week 3 Day 1 – 22nd Oct

22nd Oct- Monday


Breakfast-  2 chicken tacos + Small Coffee

Lunch- small bowl angel hair pasta w/pesto

Dinner – angel hair pasta w/pesto (leftovers)

My husband’s car refused to start this morning and I had to come back from office at 9.30 AM (I reached at 9AM after traveling an hour only to be there for 30 mins 😦 Phew !). Anyways, that left me with no choice but eat whatever is available in the pantry, which is pasta. I prepared less and managed to eat that for both lunch and dinner. I missed the training as well. Looking forward to finishing 5 this week at any cost, I mean circumstances
