F45 Week 3 Day 2 – 23rd Oct

Breakfast-  Chicken taco + Small Coffee

Lunch- rice + spinach dal + eggplant curry

Dinner – 2 small rotis + Spinach stir fry


Back to routine. Meals as planned. Weight training at 6.45 PM. Mag supplement. Sleep at 9.30 PM.
